She is currently in a year-long post-graduate fellowship with Integrative Psychiatry Institute, focusing on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and has trained with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) PBC for MDMA-assisted therapy. She uses a highly integrative approach, often weaving in modalities such as EMDR, ART, somatic parts work, and polyvagal theory, as well as yoga and mindfulness meditation.
