Dr. Ariel Lachman is a licensed clinical psychologist. He has received advanced training in psychoanalytic therapy and developed specialized experience working with chronic pain, PTSD, and disordered eating. More recently he has completed training in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy with Ketamine and become a certified rater for MDMA MAPS studies. Dr. Lachman integrates various psychotherapeutic approaches in his practice using interpersonal and existential techniques as a foundation.
Christina Cariello
Chrissy is a licensed physician assistant from Tufts University School of Medicine. She started her journey as a provider helping cancer patients where she quickly recognized a need for deeper healing. She since has years of experience uplifting clients through traditional and innovative techniques. After supporting a family member step by step through successful ketamine treatment, Chrissy has dedicated her talents to expanding access to what she considers life-changing therapeutic treatment. She is currently based out of Manhattan, New York where you can catch her Citibiking through Central Park any day of the week.
Johnathan Elliott
Johnathan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience in the therapeutic field. He has a strong belief in the healing power of therapy and its ability to help clients find fulfilling lives through a person-centered strengths-based approach. John is from Rochester, NY where he enjoys getting outdoors, conservation and spending time with his children. He looks forward to joining you in your psychedelic assisted therapy journey.
Kousilla Cheung
Kousilla is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 5 years of nursing experience ranging from child and adult inpatient psychiatric care to emergency medicine, and a specialization in mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment. She earned her Bachelor's and Graduate degree at New York University. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.
Aja Jones
Aja brings a unique and integrative approach to mental health that combines compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to patient well-being. With a career that spans over 20 years in nursing and advanced practice, her mission is to help individuals achieve balance and healing by integrating the art of psychotherapy with the science of medication management. Her philosophy centers on the belief that mental wellness involves addressing not only symptoms but also the underlying factors that influence an individual’s emotional and psychological health. Aja provides a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their feelings, set goals, and create lasting change. By respecting their autonomy and involving them fully in decisions about their care, Aja helps her patients stabilize their mental health and cultivate long-term resilience and coping skills.

Karen bring's a patient-centered approach, creating a collaborative partnership by actively involving patients in their treatment journey. With a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal well-being, she integrates psychiatry with aspects such as psychedelic-assisted therapy, physical health, nutrition, sleep, and stress management to foster lasting growth and change in each patient. She recognizes the individuality of each patient and tailors treatment plans to align with their unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. No two individuals are alike, and personalized care is essential for achieving optimal outcomes.
In her off time, she enjoys spending time trail running and mountain biking with her husband and two teenage sons.
