At Innerwell, we believe in making the ketamine administration process as safe and straightforward as possible. That's why we use an oral rapid dissolve tablet which offers you the option of self-administering ketamine at home when it's time for your medicine experience. This process is incredibly easy; all you have to do is place the tablet in your mouth and allow it to dissolve into a liquid. For optimum results, we recommend you hold this liquid in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. Afterwards, put your eye mask on, lie back, and relax – the effects of ketamine should kick in within minutes. This method of ketamine administration is only one of many available; others include intravenous, intramuscular, and intranasal administration. We have chosen rapid dissolve tablets for their ease of use and safety in an at-home setting.

Most patients in California can see a psychiatric clinician the same week they sign up. Once you choose an Innerwell Care Plan and pay, you will be connected quickly to the Innerwell Portal. Through our Patient Onboarding process, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your mental and physical health history which typically takes about 20 minutes. After that is completed, you can take a look at who the available Innerwell Clinicians are, pick one, and schedule your initial appointment. With the majority of cases, your first consultation will occur within three to five business days pending clinician availability. During this session, your Psychiatric Clinician will explore if ketamine treatment would be right for you. Once accepted into a Care Plan, you can expect to receive your first two doses within two to five business days, setting you up for success on the road to recovery.
