For Michigan residents, we’re in-network with Cigna / Evernorth Behavioral Health, UnitedHealthcare / Optum, and Oscar Health. If you have a different plan, we’ll supply a superbill so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement.

No referral is required. You can self-schedule directly with any of our Detroit-based providers. If you prefer, your primary care physician can also send information, but it’s not mandatory.
