We are bringing the true ketamine-assisted psychotherapy experience virtual, where patients have options among treatment journeys that include the irreplaceable power of live therapist-guided ketamine dosing sessions, as well as preparation and integration with their therapist. Additionally, the Innerwell App will offer patients support and community before, during, and after their experience, and captures mental and behavioral health data that are critical to our data-focused approach to improving patient outcomes.

Once trained, you will be able to set your own schedule and work as many hours per week as you'd like. We know that life happens and we value vacations and mental health days, so you'll always have support from our Clinical Operations team when you need some coverage.

All candidates are welcome to apply, but we will be giving priority consideration to candidates that can commit at least 10 hours per week to working for Innerwell. During training, you can expect to spend 3 hours per week in live training sessions and 2 hours of coursework per week over the course of 7 weeks.

Yes! While some states will be prioritized, we are opening up the application process to candidates from all U.S. states. In certain cases we may also assist our providers with obtaining licensure in additional states to give them access to a wider patient base for telehealth care.
