We are seeking a hands-on, experienced leader to build and scale the team managing the insurance operations that power Innerwell’s growth. You will establish and oversee foundational processes for payer contracting, credentialing, eligibility, and revenue cycle management. This role will require you to roll up your sleeves to lead and grow a small, dynamic team focused on scaling our insurance operations. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Analytics, Care Operations, and Business Operations to set the strategy and vision for insurance operations, building systems and processes that balance operational efficiency with an exceptional experience for patients and providers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Own Insurance Operations: Build scalable, efficient processes for payer contracting, credentialing, eligibility, and revenue cycle management to align with growth objectives.
- Payer Contracting and Credentialing: Secure state and national contracts while designing scalable enrollment processes to support expansion.
- Revenue Cycle Team Leadership: Build workflows and policies to optimize financial outcomes, reduce claim denials, and enhance the patient experience.
- Eligibility Operations: Serve as the in-house benefits and eligibility expert, leading efforts to build systems and processes that deliver accurate, real-time information to patients and the care operations team. Ensure a seamless patient experience through proactive issue resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven Oversight: Design and manage dashboards and analytics to monitor metrics across payer enrollment, credentialing, claims processing, and eligibility. Leverage data to drive continuous improvement, operational accountability, and transparency.
- Compliance: Oversee compliance protocols to ensure adherence to all payer requirements, industry standards, and best practices, supporting seamless operations as Innerwell scales nationally.
- Hands-On Execution: Provide hands-on leadership in addressing challenges related to claims denials, eligibility discrepancies, and payer relationships. Implement solutions that ensure scalability, efficiency, and exceptional outcomes.

We are seeking a proactive, experienced leader to join Innerwell’s Business Operations team, focusing on scaling and optimizing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to support rapid growth and ensure operational readiness for 10x scale. In this role, you will design and manage scalable processes, lead a talented offshore team, and work closely with cross-functional partners in Insurance Product, Analytics, Care Operations, Business Operations, and other key areas to shape strategy, set priorities, and execute with precision. Over time, this role will expand to include leadership of high-impact special projects that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and growth across the organization. What you’ll do at Innerwell
- Focus initially on scaling and optimizing processes within RCM, including billing, coding, claims submission, collections, and eligibility, then expand to other related challenges as the business evolves.
- Design and build foundations for key 0-1 initiatives within RCM operations, such as piloting new workflows, tools, and solutions that improve reimbursement rates, reduce denials, improve patient experience, and enhance overall revenue performance.
- Drive the build, execution, and ongoing implementation of scalable operations, workflows, and operations that address core business challenges and empower patient care delivery.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, and care operations to streamline processes and deliver impactful insights and projects.
- Work with a combination of offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless operations and project execution. This favors someone who can work East Coast hours.
- Work in a remote environment with flexibility while remaining connected to a collaborative, mission-driven team.
You’ll Be a Great Fit for This Role If:
- Start-Up Mindset: You have 3+ years of experience with early-to-mid-stage startups or equivalent experience (e.g., big tech, consulting, product, IB, PE, VC, etc.) working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment. Healthcare or Digital Health experience is a plus.

About the Role
We are seeking a Patient Experience Manager to lead initiatives that enhance patient engagement and experience. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Growth, Product, and Clinical teams to create meaningful and seamless experiences that empower patients to achieve better mental health outcomes throughout their journey with Innerwell.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the patient journey end-to-end, and identify areas where we can improve the patient experience to drive patient activation and retention goals that support Growth
- Partner with the Clinical team to drive efforts to enhance patient outcomes, including increasing patient engagement with clinical measurement tools and digital interventions
- Design communications and tools that encourage patients to engage with their care teams at intervals that best align with their individualized treatment plans.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in patient engagement, customer experience, or a similar role within healthcare or digital health.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy, patient-first language, and outcome-driven care.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of engagement strategies on patient outcomes and adapt accordingly.
- Familiarity with patient portals, digital health tools, CRM software, lifecycle communications, and A/B testing is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the paid-ad budget: Manage the budget by re-prioritizing spend across channels, making bid adjustments, and analyzing performance data to drive more efficient spend. You should be comfortable managing paid advertising channels independently as well as in conjunction with an agency.
- Launch new channels: Understand where Prosper clients are and launch new channels to reach them effectively - scope and design new channel tests, develop the creative and audience strategy, and evaluate the efficiency and scalability of the channel
- Scale successful channels: Own the strategy and execution on taking existing channels from 0 to 100 while driving down CAC
- Creative production and testing: Advance our creative production process, manage internal/external stakeholders to develop creative, and relentlessly test to find winning creatives
- Optimize the funnel: Analyzing campaign performance data throughout the funnel to inform current performance, identify opportunities to increase conversion rate, and design experiments to drive more conversions
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on multi-channel strategies for customer acquisition.
- Expert level, hands-on proficiency managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with $1M+ in annual spend
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization and designing A/B testing frameworks.
- Highly analytical with a strong knowledge of attribution modeling and measuring campaign incrementality.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker or QuickSight; SQL experience is a plus.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a multi-state licensed therapist with strong expertise in EMDR, along with the ability to provide other forms of evidence-based therapy. Due to increasing demand for trauma-informed care, EMDR is a key focus for this role, but the successful candidate will also deliver a range of therapeutic modalities. The ideal candidate is already licensed in any or all of the following states: New Jersey, Connecticut, Colorado, New York, Texas, Virginia, Minnesota, or California. Applicants who are already credentialed with insurance providers will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EMDR therapy to individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, addressing the high demand for this specific modality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy and psychological assessments to patients, using evidence-based treatment modalities.

- Maintain detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with Innerwell's standards
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Active or in-process Psypact license. Alternatively active licenses in one or more of the following states - PA, OH, IL, GA, CT, NJ, WI and NH - with the ability to practice in multiple states being a plus.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, with a focus on depression, anxiety and trauma-informed care and modalities such as CBT, or ACT. EMDR experience and certification is highly desirable. Interest in transpersonal therapy and working with non-ordinary experiences is a plus.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and comfort in delivering care remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit 10-20 hours per week.
