She has previous experience in Addiction Medicine, working at high-risk Private Practices, and Holistic Wellness Institutes as well. Amy recently spent a year on a one-way journey traveling around the world with her four children; learning and absorbing different health practices; such as Eastern medicine vs. Western medicine. She enjoys incorporating and educating her patients about the full mind/body connection and integrating the neurosciences to achieve mental wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys serving either locally or internationally. She has been working directly with clients in the mental health field for fifteen years. She’s had 15 years of experience in health care and is passionate about helping clients achieve overall wellness holistically. She has a background in integrative Lifestyle medicine and believes in the strength of the mind-body connection in healing. She loves meeting clients where they’re at in their journey and creating a safe supportive space as they move through their path ahead. Alyssa Mineo
Dr. Mineo is a licensed clinical psychologist, and has practiced in the states of Texas and Pennsylvania. She received her Doctor of Psychology with emphasis in Neuropsychology from Carlos Albizu University. Dr. Mineo completed a residency with UPMC Hamot in neuro/med psych. Previous employment includes Staff Psychologist at UPMC and Northshore Neurosciences. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment but adapt to the needs of my patients. My current professional activities include pre-surgical evaluations for bariatric surgery, outpatient neuropsychological evaluation, and intervention as well as consulting with local inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.
Ariel Lachman

Dr. Ariel Lachman is a licensed clinical psychologist. He has received advanced training in psychoanalytic therapy and developed specialized experience working with chronic pain, PTSD, and disordered eating. More recently he has completed training in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy with Ketamine and become a certified rater for MDMA MAPS studies. Dr. Lachman integrates various psychotherapeutic approaches in his practice using interpersonal and existential techniques as a foundation.

Tyler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in mental health, ranging from working at a fire department as a crisis intervention specialist to coaching healthy individuals seeking to improve their lives, to caring for severely depressed and psychotic patients on a psychiatric intensive care unit. With an approach that is compassionate, solution-focused, and grounded in the latest research, he uses a variety of tools based on mindfulness and neuroscience.
