Innerwell's clinically-proven therapy sessions begin with a 50 minute session for $165. This includes:

• 1 Expert-led therapist session - Choose who you work with based on areas of focus and specialties. We've handpicked a team of expert psychotherapists with a range of specialties, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and more. 
• Flexible and seamless scheduling - With easy online scheduling, you can build a therapy program that has just the right amount of support you’re looking for.
• Unlimited access to the Innerwell patient portal - Including mood and symptom tracking as well as self-care resources like guided meditations to help enhance your healing journey.
• Add support from a psychiatric clinician at any time - Looking to explore medications that can complement the mental health journey you're on with your therapist? Add a psychiatric clinician to your care team at any time and get collaborative care for all of your mental health needs.

After this intake session, you can schedule additional 50 minute appointments at the same price, or you can also add 30 minute appointments for $100 each.

We are currently accepting a select number of insurance providers in partnered states like California and New York. Stay informed by checking our list of accepted providers here.

For patients outside of our partnered states, we are also committed to making behavioral health services accessible to everyone. To further this commitment, we are actively working on expanding our list of accepted insurance providers, and establishing partnerships beyond our partnered states. 

In the meantime, we can always issue a superbill for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement upon request.

At this time, patients seeking general therapy services are welcome from AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX, UT, VA and WA.
