At Innerwell, we believe in making the ketamine administration process as safe and straightforward as possible. That's why we use an oral rapid dissolve tablet which offers you the option of self-administering ketamine at home when it's time for your medicine experience. This process is incredibly easy; all you have to do is place the tablet in your mouth and allow it to dissolve into a liquid. For optimum results, we recommend you hold this liquid in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. Afterwards, put your eye mask on, lie back, and relax – the effects of ketamine should kick in within minutes. This method of ketamine administration is only one of many available; others include intravenous, intramuscular, and intranasal administration. We have chosen rapid dissolve tablets for their ease of use and safety in an at-home setting.

Upon purchasing a ketamine care program from Innerwell, your journey begins with immediate access to the Innerwell Portal. The first step involves a 20-minute patient onboarding process, where you provide essential details about your physical and mental health history. Once onboarding is complete, you can select your Innerwell clinician and schedule your Initial Evaluation, approximately within 3-5 business days. During this session, a Psychiatric Clinician assesses the safety and appropriateness of ketamine treatment for your unique situation. Upon acceptance into the program, your first two ketamine doses are dispatched, with tracking information provided within 2-3 business days. Delivery time varies but is generally between 3-5 business days, and an adult signature is required upon delivery or pick-up.
