In the meantime, we can always issue a superbill for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement upon request.

At this time, Spravato has received FDA approval to specifically treat Major Depressive Disorder with Acute Suicidal Ideation and Treatment Resistant Depression. Patients who are seeking ketamine treatment for other conditions may be eligible for at-home treatment using oral ketamine. Oral ketamine can be prescribed off-label for psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
