"I just did my second session with Innerwell, and so far, no complaints. I did a lot of research on the different types of ketamine therapy (I'm in California, where they can do clinical treatments via IV or intramuscular injection, or at-home options like oral or sub-lingual).

Due to the significant difference in cost (roughly $4,000 for IV package vs $500 for the sublingual package), I was afraid any at-home version would be a ripoff. But after my first 200mg session, I felt the opposite was true.

I feel like the IV clinics are a waste of money. The process with Innerwell has been easy. The clinicians are very informed, able to answer any questions, and do a great job of preparing you for what to expect. [...] I just listened to a guided sound bath meditation while doing my second session, and it was a perfect combo. I look forward to continuing."

"I recently started with Innerwell. My first session was last Thursday (200mg). I had an amazing experience!

I started around 10:30 pm, and I took my mask off when I felt like I was done, which was 2 hours from the time I put the mask on.

I met with my therapist first thing the next morning and she said that she had never seen me so calm, relaxed, and peacefully happy. I felt like my stress and anxiety had just melted away. I was thinking that I don't feel like I even need to do it again, like I got exactly what I needed just from one session..

My prescriber told me to do a second session (300mg) one week after my first. So I am going to follow the instructions and do my second session this evening. This time I'm going to write down a different set of questions/intentions and I'm very curious to see how this session differs from the last.

"I’m a hard case 😂, lots of contributing factors; C-PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, ASD, unresolved grief. I signed up for the extended program. Just finished session number 5. It is definitely a process but I’m already seeing progress. The negative self talk has quieted and when it does happen, I’m able to work through it. My daily, out of control anxiety has been consistently at level 1 or 2 instead of 8-10. I haven’t needed my Klonopin. I have a hard time expressing how it is working but so far It is. I am so thankful to be able to do this in the safety and security of my own home. 💜 I would recommend Innerwell (in fact I already have😊) wholeheartedly."

"I have C-PTSD, ADHD (or ADHD-like symptoms as a result of PTSD), and anxiety due to being abused by my mother growing up. I successfully completed EMDR therapy two years ago as well as DBT/CBT but noticed I was still having some symptoms such as mild depression, social anxiety and some intrusive/obsessive thoughts, and insomnia. That said, I'm far far better than I was when I began all of this. But I wanted to try ketamine through Innerwell to see if it could help eliminate the last few symptoms. I tried a single infusion session last year. I stopped because the infusion was too much but I had heard about lozenges and wanted to see if I could take a more gentler approach. We also moved so there's no way for me to get to an infusion site in a reasonable fashion. [...] Overall, my experience with ketamine has been fantastic. I've learned a lot of cosmic wisdom."

"Innerwell has done everything exactly as promised and have been great.

I would go with Innerwell again. So far, things are better. I found real perspective in ketamine and will seek further treatments when I feel the need.

Depression is a symptom & and my body was screaming at me to make significant change.

I counted the other day. I’ve been through 21 different direct mental health meds and another handful of off label support meds.

Nothing has come close to ketamine."

OMG it’s only been a (couple of) days but absolutely life changing. "I had my initial doses, an NP appointment over zoom, then the next 8 doses and just had another visit w the NP this week. The next 8 arrive today. I’m on the 24 dose plan. Shipping is fast. The RDTs are good. I’m on 600mg. The site and tools are nice. I’m happy with it. When I finish, I would do it again this way if I needed to."

I got the extended package which includes the Ketamine and Zofran, med appointments every so often (Followed by medication shipments), and therapy appointment. The first shipment includes phone stand, eye mask, notebook, pen, Zofran and dissolving Ketamine tabs for the first two sessions. I scheduled my included therapy session for tomorrow."
